All training gear we try to ship within a 24-hour time period (except orders placed on weekends and holidays) unless stated otherwise on the product description (e.g., items coming soon and pre-sale/preorder items). Some items take a little bit longer to ship, roughly 3-5 days, depending on current volume. These items usually include non-training gear like apparel.
All orders ship via US Mail or UPS, depending on what is quicker to the destination. You will receive an automated email from the shipping carrier with all the tracking information. Please check your spam box, occasionally our emails and UPS notification emails will get snagged.
We accept any major credit card or debit card as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses sometimes get flagged for review but this doesn't happpen very often.
We mainly ship to North America, but these orders do have custom shipping rates to Aus, Can, NZ and the UK. International orders cannot be returned.
There is not a shipping upgrade option, it's all Standard Rate and Free Shipping over $99. Please email us at info@jnglathletico.com for further assistance.
- UPS Domestic Ground: Anywhere in mainland United States takes approximately 3 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), time frame is determined by destination.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated time in transit is also 3 - 7 business days anywhere in mainland USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam & US Territories.
- APO/FPO Address and PO BOX Addresses: Estimated duration is 7 to 14 business days and will always go through USPS.
- Canada: USPS International Priority Mail or Standard UPS Ground. Estimated transit time is 7-10 business days.
- International Orders: FedEx, DHL, USPS International Economy. Estimated transit time is 8 to 12 business days.
Duties vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding taxes and duties for international orders.
To cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us at info@jnglathletico.com and reference your order number. Orders must be cancelled before shipping, it just makes it easier for you and us.
You can mail back the order to us but typically JNGL Athletico will not provide a return shipping label unless it's a return or replacement. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. This is because we ship very quickly. You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes. This includes changes to the style, color, size, shipping address, etc.
To prevent processing delays, we cannot combine multiple orders to ship together, unfortunately.
If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us via email at info@jnglathletico.com. We'll get you sorted out as quickly as possible.
If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us asap via email at info@jnglathletico.com. Please do not dispose of the packaging the order came in. It helps us if you send a photo so we can avoid that same issue in the future.
If you would like to cancel a pre-order, you must cancel on or before the stated deadline. Pre-order items are made-to-order items, and any cancellations made after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the purchase price.
This basically never happens, but we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same name, the same credit card, PayPal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or orders using a discount code that is not permitted. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
