All training gear we try to ship within a 24-hour time period (except orders placed on weekends and holidays) unless stated otherwise on the product description (e.g., items coming soon and pre-sale/preorder items). Some items take a little bit longer to ship, roughly 5 days, depending on volume. These items usually include some t-shirts and some hoodies.

All orders ship via US Mail or UPS. You will receive an automated email from the shipping carrier with all the tracking information. Please check your spam box, occasionally our emails and UPS notification emails will get snagged.

We accept All major credit cards, Google and Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be held for review. JNGL Athletico reserves the right to cancel any orders with mix-match addresses but typically, we ship them out.

We mainly ship to North America, but we do offer higher shipping rates to Aus, Can, NZ and the UK. International orders cannot be returned.

There is not a shipping upgrade service on our site, it's all Standard Rate. Please email us at info@jnglathletico.com for assistance.

- UPS Domestic Ground: Anywhere on the mainland United States takes approximately 2 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), time frame is determined by the shipping address.

- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated time in transit is 3 to 8 business days anywhere on the Mainland USA, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam & US Territories.

- APO/FPO Address and PO BOX Addresses: Estimated duration is 3 to 8 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

- Canada: USPS International Priority Mail or Standard UPS Ground. Estimated transit time is 7-10 business days.

- International Orders: FedEx, DHL, USPS International Economy. Estimated transit time is 8 to 12 business days.

Duties vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding taxes and duties.

To cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us at info@jnglathletico.com and reference your order number. Orders must be cancelled before shipping

You can mail back the order to us. JNGL Athletico will not provide a return shipping label. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. This is because we ship very quickly. You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes. This includes changes to the style, color, size, shipping address, etc.

Due to prevent processing delays, we unfortunately cannot combine multiple orders to ship together. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.

If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us via email at info@jnglathletico.com. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for all refused and undeliverable packages, as well as packages sent to an incorrect address.

If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@jnglathletico.com. Please do not dispose of the packaging the order came in. You will be required to fill out a claim form and possibly provide photos so we can investigate further.

If you would like to cancel a pre-order, you must cancel on or before the stated deadline. Pre-order items are made-to-order items, and any cancellations made after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the purchase price.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same name, the same credit card, PayPal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or orders using a discount code that is not permitted. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
